A Stay-at-Home Guide to Spring Cocktails

Vodka Collins

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Smugglers’ Notch Organic Vodka
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 splash of club soda
  • Garnish: 1 orange slice & 1 Maraschino cherry

How To Make It

Pour the Smugglers’ Notch Organic Vodka, lemon juice and syrup in a collins glass with ice. Stir thoroughly. Top with club soda. Garnish with orange and cherry.


Paloma

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Cenote Tequila Blanco
  • 4 ounces grapefruit sparkling water
  • 1 ounce grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice

How To Make It

Add ice to the glass. Pour in the Cenote Tequila Blanco, grapefruit juice and lime juice into the glass. Stir. Top with grapefruit sparkling water. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.


Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Glendalough Gin
  • 4 ounces tonic water
  • 1-3 lime wedges

How To Make It

Add Glendalough Gin to a highball glass filled with ice. Squeeze in lime wedges, then adding them to the glass. Add tonic water. Stir to combine.


Mint Julep

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces Heaven’s Door Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 4-5 mint sprigs

How To Make It

Place the mint leaves and simple syrup into a julep cup. Muddle well. Add the Heaven’s Door Bourbon Whiskey. Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir well. Garnish with mint sprig.


Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Templeton Rye
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • Garnish: 1 orange slice & 1 Maraschino cherry

How To Make It

Combine Templeton Rye, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange and cherry.


Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Medford Rum
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup

How To Make It

Pour Medford Rum, lime juice and simple syrup into a shaker with some ice. Shake vigorously until it’s cold. Strain into a coupe glass.
