Illahe Viognier, $19.99 The 2019 Illahe viognier leaps from the glass with expressive apricot, nectarine skin, apple blossom, and honey suckle. The palate finishes clean crisp kiwi, chamomile, and Siletz salt. The best way to describe this wine is that it smells and tastes like spring in a bottle. Pair with a warm sunny patio, scallops, grilled peaches, or all of the above. Alcohol 13.00% Tolaini Valdisanti, $19.99 Youthful, rich dark fruit, berry and cassis aromas meld with notable French oak spice. On the palate, Valdisanti is full-bodied with deep but reserved fruit flavors framed by rich oak. The excellent balance of fruit intensity with fine tannins indicates a cellar worthy wine. Note: Some sediment may occur in the bottom of the bottle as the wine is not filtered. Château Haut Barrail Médoc, $19.99 Appealing nose intermixing plum, morello cherry, spice and subtle herbal undercurrents. Well-proportioned, ample, ripe, fresh palate with articulate, youthful aromas. This is a distinctive Médoc offering up enjoyment Educated Guess Cabernet Sauvignon, $19.99 This Cabernet Sauvignon leaps from the glass with rich ripe flavors of sweet black currant, juicy blackberry, and cherry liquor, intermingled with hints of shaved chocolate, earth, and fresh tobacco leaf. The layers of flavors are balanced by hints of toasty oak. Feudi di San Gregorio Falanghina, $15.99 (COLOR) Straw yellow that contains brilliant green reflections. (AROMA) Floral notes, like white blossoms, and delicate apple and pear. (TASTE) Medium intensity, crisp minerality, with hints of spice, light almond and a slightly bitter orange peel character. The pretty floral notes and soft fruit flavors are fresh through the finish in perfect balance with the mouthwatering acidity.
