We will be hosting a complimentary “Exploring Rieslings” tasting featuring both domestic and imported versions of this diverse grape varietal. A Riesling can span a broad range of styles from dry to sweet, as well as light to full-bodied. The different wines produced from this one grape can trick tasters into thinking the samples are made from different types of vines. With such an expansive range of flavors, guests will be sure to find a wine to pair with their favorite summer meal, including pork, poultry, fish and even spicy and zesty foods. From dry to sweet, and everything in between, there will be something for everyone at this tasting.
