Ritual Pinot Noir $14.99
Ritual Pinot Noir is produced using organic methods in the Casablanca Valley of Chile. A medium bodied Pinot Noir with remarkable floral, cherry and raspberry aromas. On the mouth bright fruit flavors with a wonderful texture and extraordinary acidity. Smooth and balanced with a long, silky and velvety finish.

Garzon Cabernet Franc $13.99
Of an intense purple color with violet highlights, this noble varietal has mineral aromas of ripe peppers, spices and fruits of the forest, along with a subtle note of dark chocolate and smoke from barrel ageing.

Yorkville Cabernet Sauvignon (Organic) $24.99
The grapes were handpicked and the gently crushed and put in open top fermenters, where they received three days of cold soak. Pasteur Red yeast was used and fermentation was held at 80 degrees F, and continued until dryness after 15 days. The tanks were drained and pomace transferred by hand to the press where it received a gentle pressing. The wine was settled in a tank for 24 hours, then racked into cooperage for aging. After 16 months in 100% French oak, the wine was racked into a tank, gently fined with organic egg whites, and loosely filtered before bottling. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Parusso Nebbiolo $29.99
Bright, ruby red. The nose is floral, intense and ample. The palate has elegant notes of fruit, flowers and spices open the way to a sweet and fine tannin that makes it easily drinkable from the first months in the bottle. Pairs well with hot appetizers, white and red meats.
