October 3^rd marked the culmination of lots of planning at Wine Connextion, as the very Michael Phillips, co-owner/CEO of Michael David Winery, joined us at our complimentary wine tasting from 1:00-5:00pm.

Guests had the opportunity to taste varietals from Michael David’s portfolio, such as their signature Freakshow Cabernet, as well as crowd favorites like Petite Petit, and Inkblot wines Series.

We also brought in a variety of rare flavors such as special large format bottles such as 3.0L 7 Deadly Zins, 1.5L Freakshow Cabernet Sauvignon, 1.5L Earthquake Cabernet Sauvignon, and more to celebrate the occasion!

Guests also had the opportunity to enter to win selections from the tasting, some courtesy of Michael David Winery. Winnings included a Freakshow Snowboard, Michael David Cinsault Double Magnum, Wine Basket Featuring All Zinfandels, as well as a Wine Basket Featuring All Award Winning Inkblot and Cabernet.

Chosen by Michael Phillips, himself, the winner of the Basket of Zinfandels went to Jeanne Chandler Baylies!
