  • 1 (750 ml) bottle of Champagne, prosecco, or cava, chilled
  • 3 cups (750 ml) orange juice

How to Make

Pour the sparkling wine into the Champagne flutes. Fill each glass about half-way full. Pour the orange juice to top off each glass. Enjoy!

Celebrating in the Afternoon? Make a Refreshing Sangria!

Making sangria for mom couldn’t be easier. We recommend using Juan Gil Laya with Pardiac XO Brandy.


  • 1 (750-mL.) bottle Spanish red wine
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. Brandy
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 c. blueberries
  • 1 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1 (12-oz.) can seltzer

How to Make

In a large pitcher, mix together the ingredients of wine, orange juice, brandy and sugar. Stir in oranges, apples, blueberries, and strawberries.
Then refrigerate until it’s ready to serve. Preferred time is 2 hours. Be sure to top off with seltzer before serving. Enjoy!
