Summer-Inspired Sips

New Old-Fashioned Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • 5 dashes bitters
  • 2 slices peach, divided
  • 2 1/2 ounces Bradshaw Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey Shop Now >
  • 2 blackberries
  • 1 splash sparkling water

How to Make

Gather the ingredients. In an old-fashioned glass, combine the simple syrup, bitters, and one peach slice. Muddle well to mix the ingredients and mash the fruit for its juice. Add the bourbon and fill the glass with ice cubes. Add the second peach slice, the blackberries, and sparkling water. Stir to combine. Serve and enjoy.

The Montauk Mule

Ingredients

  • 2 shots Cold River Vodka Shop Now >
  • 4 cubes cane sugar
  • 1 shot fresh lime juice
  • 3 sprigs of fresh mint (plus 2 to garnish)
  • 1 bottle of Tiamo Prosecco Shop Now >

How to Make

Add the cane sugar, lime juice, and mint to the shaker. Muddle the ingredients in the bottom of the shaker until thoroughly crushed and the sugar has mostly dissolved. Add the vodka and ice to above the level of the liquid and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain mixture into tumblers containing large cubes of ice and fill with Prosecco. Garnish with remaining mint sprigs.

Ingredients

  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • .5 oz Borsao Rose & peppercorn infused syrup Shop Now >
  • .5 oz Aperol
  • 1.5 oz Glendalough Irish Gin Shop Now >

How to Make

Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Shake vigorously. Double strain into a rocks glass with cubed ice. Garnish with a rose bud and lemon slice.
